I have switched to more exciting jobs twice in the last few years. Without changing the company.
I began my first apprenticeship at Audi as a tool mechanic and finished up with a master’s certificate. That was great, but then I wanted a change. I switched to planning and found that really interesting too. When I got the chance to switch to battery production, I joined up straight away. I think battery technology is fascinating because it’s essential for the future of sustainable mobility.

I like trying new things out at work and prefer to work with people who help me to improve myself and to grow. You can do that really well at Audi. Everyone can help me because they all have knowledge that they like to share. The team spirit here is second to none. We all help each other out with our expertise . And if I don’t understand something straight away, I can just ask someone. There are no stupid questions. And no better way to learn new things.
