I spent a few years in Silicon Valley and worked on a purely digital product. At Audi, I think it’s great to work with others on a physical and such a beautiful product. I am fascinated by the design and technology. Our team works together with all the Technical Development units to create the electronic and software architecture. This is seen as a key technology on the way to becoming a software-assisted technology company and it will offer a new infotainment system and over-the-air updates, among other things. Our aim is to revolutionize the automotive industry. To be involved in that is a fantastic opportunity.

The digital reinvention of the automobile creates exciting challenges every day. Together in the team, we develop new, innovative ideas on a daily basis. As far as we are concerned, nothing is possible without teamwork. What we do is so complex that it can only be achieved using swarm intelligence. Of course there are some people who have greater responsibility than others, but I can pack my things and leave if my team is no longer there tomorrow. Everyone talks about the transformation of the automotive industry. That’s what happens in my team every day.
